1. Introduction and Acceptance

KYC Identity Verification

Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on btd55 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available through supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and linked bank accounts where applicable. btd55 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Minimum Deposit

Withdrawal Processing

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• ▸Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, reversing payments without authorisation, or exploiting payment processor loopholes to obtain credits not legitimately earned.
• ▸Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in poker, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that distorts market odds.
• ▸Opening or attempting to open more than one account per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• ▸Attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or KYC obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the btd55 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of btd55 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

btd55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if btd55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Termination

You may close your btd55 account at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, provided your account is in good standing and KYC verification is complete.

btd55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct. In such cases, btd55 may withhold funds pending investigation and is not obligated to return any balance associated with confirmed fraudulent activity.

10. Amendments to These Terms

Players from Bangladesh agree that any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
